
Be Self-Aware:
There is so much noise around us at times that it is easy to lose ourselves if we don’t get to PAUSE. It is therefore important to create time to spend with yourself, time to just be, time to be quiet and to think, reflect and listen. I recommend having a journal to write during this process. Ask yourself some of these questions;
Whose are YOU?
Who are YOU?
What do YOU like?
What lights YOU up?
What do YOU dream of?
When you pause to get to know more about yourself, it is easy not to be drowned by other people’s voices and opinions. It easier to choose you and to choose for you.
Self-Acceptance:
When you are self-aware, it becomes easier to accept yourself fully. Your ‘seemingly’ quirkyness and weirdness to some is actually beautiful to others but more importantly to you. PS* Your uniqueness is actually your superpower.
Give yourself permission:
To want more;
To dream big;
To show up;
To speak up;
To shine in your brilliance;
To feel your feelings and to know that your feelings are valid and to be Ok with it.
Be Present:
At times, low self-confidence is connected to being stuck in the past where you are not releasing and letting go. Only look in and at your past as a reference point for teaching, learning and growth and not as a place where you get stuck.
There are many elements here; go through the healing process so that you get to be in the present. Forgive; yourself and others and be present. LIVE in the present, in the NOW, evolve and keep growing. You are here, right now and you can not change the past. So be present and be grateful and look forward to a beautiful future.
